Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

All prints are created on-demand and go into production every Monday morning.

The prints generally ship within 2-3 weeks.

Girl without a Tripod uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping prints. Average transit time is 3-7 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. For delivery outside the U.S., please contact me with the specific artwork and size you are interested in, and I will email you a shipping estimate.

Do you allow pick-up of artwork?

If you live within the Northwest Arkansas area, I would be more than happy to deliver the artwork to you in person instead of shipping it. At checkout, choose "pick up" so that shipping is not automatically added to your order.

Artwork purchased from an event, such as an art walk, exhibition, etc., can be picked up at the pop-up location or delivered within the Northwest Arkansas area. Email me, and we will coordinate the time.

What is your return policy?

I stand behind everything I make and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return the artwork within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, less shipping costs. Your original payment method will be credited once the artwork arrives back in like new condition. If the print arrives damaged, please send me photographs of the damage itself.

Please contact me to request an exchange or refund and to arrange shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unless your order has already gone into production, you can cancel it. Typically, orders go into production on Monday mornings. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

What is the best way to flatten a rolled print?

Larger prints are shipped in tubes to avoid damage. In those cases, the print will need to be flattened before it is framed. Place the print face down and roll it up around a cylinder of some sort for about 5 minutes (still leaving the print in the plastic protective sleeve). You do not want to leave the print in this position for too long, or the paper will curl up on itself in reverse. In that case, you will have to reverse the process. Just make sure the print is not cold when you do this, or the primers under the ink could crack.

How do I care for my giclée print?

Your giclée print is very fragile and should be kept in the plastic protective sleeve until framed, using acid-free, archival materials.

When framing the artwork, make sure to either use a mat board or frame spacers (for float-mounting) to keep the print from pressing against the glass. If the art touches the glass, moisture can seep into the paper, removing or discoloring the ink. It may also cause the image to be ripped if removed from the frame.

Avoid placing your artwork in a room with direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time.

Glossary of print types

DIBOND is an aluminum composite panel, with a polyethylene core, making it a highly durable material with a modern look.

GICLÉE is a fine art print that uses archival pigment inks and materials, ensuring superior quality and lifespan compared to ordinary prints.

HD ACRYLIC are high-resolution images mounted to acrylic panels. Due to its transparent layers, the acrylic allows more light onto the image, thereby providing a very crisp image with a three-dimensional feel.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS are produced in a limited number per image. Each print is personally inspected by me, hand-signed, and numbered on the front.

METAL PRINTS have an enamel-like surface and are available in semi-gloss and matte finishes. They are made of aluminum panels and have a very slender profile, making them a lightweight option with a sleek feeling and eye-popping images.
